At Drapes Place, we provide only made to measure curtains that are solely made to order as per customer’s requirements; thereby, we DO NOT offer refunds, exchange or returns on any of our goods.
However, we understand that you may incur unavoidable circumstances and may have to cancel the order; in such cases, we allow cancellation of order within 24 hours from the date of placing the order. An additional cancellation charge is 30% shall be deducted from your payment if your order was processed and confirmed. We DO NOT offer refunds on any type of “CONFIRMED” orders.
For exceptional orders that are issued refunds, the money may take up to 14 working days to show up into your account.
We offer round the clock customer service facility; thereby, for any questions or queries please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we shall be more than happy to assist you.
If the goods are returned and are not found to be faulty by us, than you shall be charged additional 30% per order (this includes collection and re-delivery costs) and the goods shall be shipped back to you with no refunds being issued.
If the product is considered faulty by Drapes Place or if the product isn’t delivered as per the specifications registered by Drapes Place, we shall at our sole discretion either rectify the product by making amendments/corrections or replace the entire product (only if required). In this case, you will not be required to incur return cost.
